Calgary Exhibition and Stampede Limited personnel, defined as, Regular full-time employees, Lottery Committee Volunteers and Stampede Board members ARE NOT PERMITTED to purchase lottery tickets. Members of a family living with a full-time employee, Lottery Committee Volunteer or Stampede Board member ARE NOT PERMITTED to purchase lottery tickets. All other employees including regular part-time, limited term, seasonal or casual ARE PERMITTED to purchase lottery tickets. The Rotary Dream Home Prize Package Draw will be under the supervision of Stride Management Corp. and will take place at 3950 12th Street NE, Calgary, AB. Any person wishing to view the draws may do so by attending at the above location on the draw date(s).
Deadlines and Draw Dates:
Rotary Dream Home Prize Package Deadline – July 17, 2022 Draw – July 20, 2022
Only upon demonstrating extraordinary circumstances will the Licensee make a request to AGLC for a draw date extension.
All draws will be conducted using an RNG (Random Number Generator) system. The winning raffle draw number shall be determined from the pool of sold raffle ticket numbers.
Files are continuously backed up by Stride Management Corp. In the unexpected event of a power failure, the draw will be postponed and take place immediately once power has been restored.
The Rotary Dream Home Prize Package consists of:
Total prize package is valued (MSRP plus taxes and fees) at $1,324,537.79 OR $1,274,342.79 if Cash option selected instead of Condominium. Prizes must be accepted as awarded – no substitutions unless otherwise stated.
The prize will be awarded following the conclusion of Stampede and no later than December 31, 2022. Turnover of the house and welcome package portion of the prize to the winner will occur upon completion — in the month of December 2022 (or sooner). Turnover of the condominium portion of the prize to the winner will occur upon building completion (expected completion in 2024).
Prize Winner will be notified by phone by a member the Calgary Stampede Lotteries committee. Names and winning ticket numbers will be posted on the lottery website.
For each winning ticket drawn, winners will be notified via all contact information provided at the time purchase. Each winner will have 90 days from date of draw to claim their prize. If the winner is not located, a letter will be forwarded to Alberta Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis (AGLC) informing them that the prize will be donated back to the organization or to an AGLC recognized charity.
In the event a winning ticket has more than one name on it, the licensed charity shall award the prize to the person whose name appears first on the ticket. Neither the licensed charity nor AGLC shall be responsible for any disputes which may arise between the different individuals whose names appear on the ticket.
Rotary Dream Home tickets available are: Advance tickets*; 20,000 sets of 25 for $37.50, 26,000 sets of 75 for $75, 8,000 sets of 250 for $125. On Park Tickets; 1,000 single tickets for $25, 15,000 sets of 25 for $50, and 18,750 sets of 100 for $100 for a total of 6,701,000 tickets. There will be no refunds on ticket purchases.
*Rotary Dream Home advance tickets must be purchased as a bundle in conjunction with Kinsmen Million advance tickets. Details and prices are as follows:

A ticket receipt will be issued by email for those purchases made by phone, mail, or on-line with the details of the ticket(s) purchased. Those purchasing at lottery ticket booths on Stampede Park will receive either an email or printed receipt with details of the ticket(s) purchase at the time of the transaction.
Only tickets that have been paid for, and verified as paid for, are eligible for the respective draw(s). The lottery is not responsible for any mail-in order forms that are not received at the ticket processing centre by the ordering deadline.

The order in which the prizes will be awarded is from the prize of least retail value up to the prize of greatest retail value. The VIP Draws (61) will be the first tickets drawn, followed by the Early Bird Draw (1), the Bonus Draw (1) and then the final remaining 69 prizes. All tickets buyers are eligible for all draws provided they have purchased their tickets by the applicable cut-off dates.

Draw Prize Value:
CURRENT DRAW PRIZE: 25% of the total ticket sales value from the CURRENT SALES PERIOD
CURRENT DRAW winner also qualifies for the PROGRESSIVE DRAW.
PROGRESSIVE DRAW PRIZE: 25% of the total combined ticket sales value from ALL SALES PERIODS
PROGRESSIVE DRAW PRIZE is only awarded when the ACE of SPADES is drawn in the PROGRESSIVE DRAW—see Section 3. Draw Procedure.
Draw Procedures:
The prize draw follows a strict set of procedures, with draw control oversight by Stride Management Co., and under licensing approval by the licensing body, Alberta Gaming, Liquor & Cannabis (AGLC).
Files are continuously backed up by Stride Management Corp. In the unexpected event of a power failure, the draw will be postponed and take place immediately once power has been restored.
CURRENT JACKPOT DRAWS:
During the weekly SALES PERIOD:
One (1) CURRENT JACKPOT DRAW each week will select one (1) winner at random using RNG
During the daily SALES PERIOD:
One (1) CURRENT JACKPOT DRAW each day will select one (1) winner at random using RNG.
PROGRESSIVE JACKPOT DRAWS:
Immediately following each CURRENT JACKPOT DRAW, a recorded and witnessed PROGRESSIVE JACKPOT DRAW will take place from a secured standard deck of playing cards. For this draw, one card will be drawn by a representative of Stride Management Corp. to determine if the CURRENT JACKPOT DRAW winner has also won the PROGRESSIVE JACKPOT DRAW.
If any NON-ACE of SPADES playing card is drawn, the PROGRESSIVE JACKPOT DRAW is not awarded. The non-winning card drawn is removed from the deck and defaced and the remaining cards are then secured until the next draw.
If the ACE of SPADES playing card is drawn, the PROGRESSIVE DRAW is also awarded to the CURRENT JACKPOT DRAW winner and the license concludes.
If the ACE of SPADES has not been drawn prior the start of the final SALES PERIOD on July 17, 2022, the PROGRESSIVE JACKPOT DRAW will be awarded to the winner of CURRENT JACKPOT DRAW from the July 17, 2022 SALES PERIOD.
All draws will take place at the offices of Stride Management Corp. 3950 12 St NE, Calgary, AB and are open to any member of the public wishing to attend.
Ticket Availability:
A total of 4,000,000 ticket stubs with a total value of $30,000,000 are available in the following quantities:
500,000 single tickets at $20 each,
200,000 ticket packages of 5 tickets for $50;
100,000 ticket packages of 25 tickets for $100.
How to Purchase Tickets – Tickets can be purchased on-line and in person until the 11:59 PM cut-off for each SALES PERIOD. In the event that no ACE of SPADES is drawn, sales for the next SALES PERIOD will resume following completion of the draws from the previous SALES PERIOD.
Tickets may be purchased with Cash, Debit, Visa, MasterCard and American Express. The Stampede Lottery Committee's liability is limited to the purchase price of the ticket. No refunds on tickets purchased will be issued to anyone for any reason.
Eligibility:
For each week of the weekly SALES PERIOD: All persons who have acquired a ticket(s) during that weekly SALES PERIOD are eligible for that week’s CURRENT JACKPOT draw.
For each day of the daily SALES PERIOD: All persons who have acquired a ticket(s) during that current daily SALES PERIOD are eligible for that day’s CURRENT JACKPOT draw.
For clarity, all persons are only eligible to win during the daily or weekly SALES PERIOD their tickets are purchased.
A ticket receipt will be issued by email or print for all purchases. The receipt will include the bearer ticket number details.
For each winning ticket drawn, the winner will be notified via any contact information provided at the time purchase detailing what they have won and where they can claim their prize.
In the event the winner cannot be contacted, the winning ticket numbers will be posted on the Calgary Stampede Lotteries website and the winner will have 30 days to identify themselves to claim their prize. After 30 days, the prize eligibility is forfeited back to the license holder.
All identified winners have 30 days from date of draw to claim their prize. If the winner fails to claim their prize, a letter will be forwarded to Alberta Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis (AGLC) informing them that the prize will be donated back to the organization.
In the event a winning ticket has more than one name on it, the organization shall award the prize to the person whose name first appears on the ticket. Neither the organization or AGLC shall be responsible for any disputes which may arise between the different individuals whose names appear on the ticket.
Alternate method of awarding prize if winning ticket not sold – not applicable.
