The total retail prize value of the Rotary Dream Home Prize Package is $1,473,200.00. Prizes must be accepted as awarded – no substitutions unless otherwise stated.
The prize will be awarded following the conclusion of Stampede and no later than one year following the draw (July 16, 2027). Turnover of the house and welcome package portion of the prize to the winner will occur upon completion – no later than one year following the draw (July 16, 2027).

The VIP Draws will be the first tickets drawn, followed by the Early Bird Draws, the Bonus Draw, and then the final remaining prizes. All tickets buyers are eligible for all draws provided they have purchased their tickets by the applicable cut-off dates.
