The possession date for the Rotary Dream Home will be no later than one year following the draw (July 16, 2026). Due to housing market fluctuations, the market value of the real estate prices may rise or diminish over time. Winners or the Calgary Stampede are not entitled to the difference, if any, between the stated retail value and actual market value at the time the prize is awarded.

The order in which the prizes will be awarded is from the prize of least retail value up to the prize of greatest retail value. All winning tickets will be eligible for all subsequent draws. The VIP Draws (9) will be the first tickets drawn, followed by the Early Bird Draws (9), the Bonus Draw (1) and then the final remaining prizes (14). All tickets buyers are eligible for all draws provided they have purchased their tickets by the applicable cut-off dates. There is no cash equivalent for any of the prizes.
